1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom and personalized items are final sale.

2. Return Process

Contact our client services team to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for packaging.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Contact client services to arrange an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
